Kevättaikoja

Mieli kaipaa jo kevättä, vaikka Suomen luonto on siitä eri mieltä. Tulppaaneja on tarjolla kaupoissa ja toivottavasti pian ulkonakin, vaikka näiden leikkotulppaanien kuvaushetkellä ulkona pyryttikin kovin talvisesti.

I'm longing for spring. The nature seems to think otherwise, it's been well below freezing for a week and snowing for the day. I hope I'll see tulips outside soon, so that I don't need to buy them to feel the spring.


Kevään edistämiseksi tilasin myös Ilulta tulppaaneihin sointuvaa lankaa. Voikohan pehmoisella BFL-langalla korvata kevättaikoja niinkuin juhannustaiat?

I also picked up some gorgeous and really soft hand dyed BFL yarn from Ilu. I just love the colours and they match so well my tulips!
